I have been in therapy since a long time and Dr. Smita Vasudev really helped me get in terms with my mental health issues, get better and accept me for who I am.

Dr. Vasudev is strictly professional a plethora of experience under her belt which is evident from her counselling sessions and the way she interacts with her patients.

Each and everyone goes through some bad times, the same thing happened with me. I just tried helping people , making them happy and making them realize that ya, they are special but unfortunately they took it in a wrong way. Then I finally had a discussion with my parents and they decided to visit a psychologist. In starting I was nervous cause this all was new to me but when I started taking my classes I actually enjoyed it. I loved the way she explained me and was making me understand things, I have improved alot

Dr. Smita is an extremely kind, professional and supportive doctor. She has gone out of her way and did a lot more than she was supposed to at several different occasions. I cannot thank Dr. Smita enough for helping me overcome some really traumatic events and stressful times. She has been a truly great friend and a guide. The overall quality of my life has tremendously improved since I started sessions with Dr. Smita. I hope that anyone who is suffering from any kind of stress feels free to reach out and ask for help.

my experience with doctor has been amazing. I was suffering from anxiety and depression since last year .There was a point , everything felt upside down .my whole life was a completely mess. now i am completely out of it , just because of doctor smita. she has treated very nicely.I shared with her all my doubts and worries freely.By her psychotherapy session, all my worries n negatives are no.longer exist. now i have seen every perspective in positive way.Thanks to Dr.smita , for helping me in overcoming all my problems efficiently.

I visited Dr. Smita as I was struggling with low confidence and low self esteem. My concentration in studies was very poor and my grades were falling . But after having a few sessions with Smita Mam, my confidence started building up and I was able to concentrate on my studies for longer periods of time . I am now nearing the end of my sessions and My confidence level is at the top . I feel so happy because of the great change I see in myself . I am able to study with full concentration and dedication and my grades have improved a lot . My experience with *** ***** *** **** ***** ******* *** I would strongly recommend her.

In this era though we are connected with people worldwide on social media platforms but we find ourselves alone when we need someone to share our thoughts/feelings when life hits us with tough situations. Dr. Smita's session has provided me safe space to share my anxiety and stress while going through an unexpected tough/stressful phase in my life. Her wise advices , relaxing sessions and patiently listening to my issues has really helped me to stand tall in front of the situations that i was going through. She has helped me in taking care of my mental and physical health and as well as my personal relations while going through stressful situations. I m really thankful to Dr. Samita for her help and support.

One day during the time of quarantine i was alone in room when I realised something is wrong with my mental health being a nurse i was aware that at this point I should consult a specialist and Dr. Smita was the one dealing with my sister for her depression and i was satisfied with her work and efforts so I didn’t even need to think twice and i talked to her and got an appointment. Even though she wasn’t seeing patients in person but the online session were as effective as in person. And her efforts made my depression score to get lower. So my experience with mam was very good 😊 thank you so much mam for helping me in my hard times .

I already know I am going to be short of words when it comes to explaining what this counseling has meant to me.

I remember when I walked through the door for the first time all timid, under confident, low on self esteem and what not! Sat there in front of her tk open my Pandora's box of issues and problems.

Since that day onwards, Dr. Smita and I have been talking about everything and anything.

Ma'am has at every point been there for me, got me out of my problems always, always, helped me get through nights I never thought I could ever pass through. I shall forever forever remain indebted to you maam.

I have been advised to get CBT Therapy, I visited many therapist but didn't find any connection. Fortunately, I found Dr Samita. As always gem is hard to find but it shines from far away, Dr Samita is that gem but not hard to find. It's was an honour to interact with her. She listened to me very politely and answered gently as well. Seems therapy sessions from Dr Samita, helped me alot.

She is highly recommended !!
